My nicely furnished and well-appointed room came with shower, all necessary conveniences, comfy bed. The staff was amiable, always there to help. The hotel had a very central location and it was few metres away from Bournemouth Observation Wheel. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Really enjoyed our rooms with all the basics. The hotel provided us with a small mini fridge and a kettle. The location was marvellous for exploring this great area, near all the shops, the cafes, bars and restaurants and to go see the views at Marjan. Being just a walking distance from Deep Shade was nice, we had dinner there.
Disappointing aspect was wet bathroom.
